Blair joined the firm in 2022. Her responsibilities include providing outsourced accounting and payroll services to the firm's accounting clients. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at numerous financial institutions throughout the country.

Blair attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University where she majored in Mathematics. She is a member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. She has numerous certifications including, but not limited to, being a Quickbooks Online - Certified ProAdvisor and Xero Certified Advisor.

Blair is married with three children.
